Just Keep Writing! Just Keep Writing!

That is my motto today! With Tiberius done and published, I feel these tumultuous, warring emotions of relief, loss, and anxiety. Relief because I’ve finally completed MONTHS of hard work that consumed my lunch breaks, nights, and weekends. Anyone who tells you that you can write a well-thought-out story in a handful of days is LYING! Loss because the story of that set of characters has come to an end. I’m no longer the peeping-tom recording their lives as they unfold in my mind. Anxiety drives me to obsessively check order numbers, page reads, and social media posts, praying that everyone who graciously buys my books is enjoying them (please leave reviews!). It’s a whirlwind of emotions. It’s a whirlwind of emotions—ones that can be crippling to my normally ever-typing fingers and chip away at my confidence in producing works that are at least mildly entertaining.

So, how am I dealing with it? Like any other passionate, utterly obsessed writer, I just keep writing! It’s really all I know how to do. Writing has become such a habit and an effective tool for managing my chronic pain that I can’t imagine stopping.

Therefore, I will be posting my 2026 writing schedule soon and will work to make more regular updates here on each title’s progress.

I just hope you all stick around and enjoy the ride with me!
